Giveaway Rules for 2008
1) There will be 100 (one hundred) finalists/contestants. There may be 1 (one) finalist per family in a household. Non-related roommates may qualify. Finalists will be required to show a picture form of identification. Substitutes, “stand-ins” or proxies will not be allowed.
2) No purchase is required to qualify and/or participate, you may only register one time per bar/location appearance. Qualifiers must be present at bar/location when their name is drawn to be a qualifier.
3) There will be 1 (one) winner.
4) The winner will be chosen at random through the process of elimination.
5) The participants must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years old.
6) Predetermined finalists MUST check in with Promotional staff by 7:00PM on Saturday, June 21, 2008 at Loon’s on La Crosse Street, La Crosse, WI.
7) “The Prize” is a 2008 Harley Davidson XL 1200N “Nightster” Motorcycle. The prize is nontransferable; there will be no prize substitutions or “cash-out” option.
8) Grand Prize winner is responsible for all related taxes, license, and fees not otherwise specified by participating sponsors.
9) Prize(s) must be claimed, or arrangements must be made for delivery of goods and/or services from participating sponsor(s) no later than August 1, 2008.
10) The names, photos, video tape and audiotape of the winner may be used by sponsors and sponsor designee(s) for promotional purposes without further compensation to sponsor(s) or winner(s).
11) Employees of the La Crosse Radio Group, S&S Distributing, La Crosse Area Harley Davidson and participating sponsors (i.e. bars) as well as household members of same are ineligible to participate.
12) Prizes may be claimed at La Crosse Radio Group offices located at 1407 2nd Avenue North in Onalaska during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm). To ensure the correct person is given the appropriate prize, identification may be requested.
13) All contests conducted on this station are governed by rules specifically designed for each separate contest, giving everyone a fair chance to win.
14) The radio station reserves the right to amend or change the above rules at any time as well as end a contest at any time. All decisions of Station Management with regard to the awarding of prizes, the selection of winners and the interpretation of these rules is final. Each contestant, by virtue of entering a station contest, agrees to accept the decision of the station as final.
