The Dragon has made a commitment to provide you with lean cuts of meat, quality seafood and the freshest vegetables. We have also committed to a healthy way of cooking. We use as little oil as possible and poach our dishes before stir-frying to lower the fat content. We cook in a canola blend, which is low in saturated fats and cholesterol free. Combine this way of cooking with a smoke-free environment and you get our "commitment to your health."
